The project proposes the construction of 112 student accommodation units, with a capacity of 152 students, offering three types of apartments with double rooms, single rooms, and private studios, with a shared dining room and kitchen.
The basement level includes space for 62 parking spaces, while the ground floor houses the entrances, common halls, courtyards and gardens.
Common areas are also planned for the upper floor, such as a bar-terrace, a swimming pool, and a solarium. By 2025, Girona is the Catalan city with the greatest potential for investment in student residences, given its increasing student mobility and a growing scarcity and high cost of rental housing. Currently, there are only approximately 400 student dorm places available, while 6,000 students require accommodation, making the development of this type of project essential.
