Preliminary Study for the reform of Belle vue hotel at Skikda, Algeria

Reforms to the hotel, starting from the current project fall under two visions:
- A basic proposal, which maintains the structure and spatial distribution of the project, contributing improvements in design of interiors, the exterior of the building envelope, the design of the areas 'public' hotel interior and exterior, and improvements access and circulation;
- A proposal developed more complex and, in addition to improving access and circulation and the design of the areas 'public' hotel interior and exterior changes proposed use and structure of the expansion, to improve the functioning of the assembly.
The two views have in common a number of basic criteria or measures to improve the performance, comfort and appearance of the hotel as a whole.
