Croak’s Garden Roca Petita Restaurant, Riudellots de la Selva. Outdoor spaces and gardens

Croak’s restaurants were born in 2017 as comfortable and welcoming spaces, in a bistro style. All Croak’s restaurants are located in busy urban areas. The brand was born with an urban character in its DNA (graffiti, bistro style, global cuisine).
The purpose of this project represents a turning point in the growth of the brand, because for the first time it is considering placing a Croak’s restaurant on an interurban road, in a rural landscape, very close to Girona airport.
The new Croak’s space must therefore have its own concept, inspired by the original brand and adapted to the values and opportunities of the site. Our vision is to develop a new concept, Croak’s Garden, as a combination of different styles providing interest and dynamism: vintage, colonial, English country club, stately home, industrial style, contemporary design, French/Provençal style, etc., in the middle of a large indoor-outdoor garden.
The existing vegetation on the plot is wide-ranging, like a collection of plant species; the project will organize the gardens as a “Garden Center” or plant nursery.
The existing house is surrounded by greenhouses, shadings, awnings, pergolas and similar elements, generating a sheltered garden, very voluptuous and leafy.
The plant nursery is complemented by a small vegetable garden.
The parking area is of the green / park-parking type.
