Masterplan and concept for the Real Madrid City area. Madrid
The project is in Valdebebas, Madrid, really near to Barajas airport where we have conceptualized and formalized a masterplan.
After a comprehensive work on the concept, a dense programme organized on a strong idea capable of structuring the entire area has been defined: 2 playful tours, one on the important persons and the other on the important events in the Real Madrid history, as in a DNA, intertwine moving in the same direction and generate spaces.
Tours move between hotel and retail areas, a sport University, etc. and the nerve centre is the Agora. There are 4 main accesses with 4 squares of access and park - parking areas next to the limits. In the centre is structured the family park, an alternative playful element, which works in parallel with the tours and complete the proposal.
