Public tender for the adaptation and operation, under an administrative concession, of the marina facilities in the northern area of the port of Valencia Restaurant
The building located at the tip of the north dock is visible as an accent / end of perspective / point of interest from various points in the marina. The views of the site open towards the south dock and the canal, but also towards the beach (the upper part of the building).
The architecture of this panoramic-view restaurant is conceived as a double open floor, with the least possible number of subdivisions. The future partitions be mobile, thus allowing the temporary modification of the rooms as well as obtaining more useful available surface.
The project scope has a surface area of 2,677 m2 of which the restaurant floor occupies 1,337 m2 and the commercial floor 1,340 m2. Due to its location, the site has the potential to become one of the most important centres of interest on the northern bank of the marina. Due to its direct connection to the beaches, access from the urban centre and being next to the shopping centre, it is the perfect complement to attract new visitors to the marina.
