Preliminary study for a leisure and hotel building.

The commission consists in a previous study for the creation of a mixed-use building on a plot of about 3000 m2.
The main feature of this plant with the shape of parallelepiped is that between two of its corners there is a difference in level of 3 m, which allows the access to two plants both at street level.
We propose a program that associates parking in the underground floors, commercial gallery and restoration on the ground floor and first floor, an boutique hotel of 60 rooms on the three upper floors and, finally, a great leisure program on the covered floor with panoramic views.
The façade is thought as a clear skin that covers the structure, acts as a filter and gives a unique and recognizable identity as a whole.
