The proposal tries to explore the possibilities of using the land as a marine - ecological concept park from a multiple perspective, based on:
- The character of the area and the values to preserve;
- The opportunity to design ecological, sustainable facility;
- The opportunity to design quality spaces for leisure activities;
- The need to create a harmonious, balanced and at the same time exclusive and elegant destination for the tourist who seeks quality;
- The protection and use of the environmental and landscape value of the place.
The new marina will be equipped with 126 moorings, a building with storerooms and amenities, and 45 parking spaces
