Proposition Project for the possible edification of block in the Cabeca project in Andorra.
Cabeca is a developable area, according to the Regulations of the Planning and Urban Level of the Parish d'Encamp, community of Encamp (Andorra).
With this preliminary project we wanted to make a proposal of the built part for the central block of the overall project and to explain how the building could be developed in this sector.
In the ground floor there is a casino with spa and fitness centre, 2 restaurants, shopping areas to the inner pedestrian street and accesses to the 2 hotels developed on the upper floors. In plant 2 and 3 there are 2 hotels, and in the middle of the construction there are a theatre, an auditorium and a restaurant area with double height. At level 4 there are 2 hotels and a conference centre in the middle of the construction. At level 5 there are mini villas or apartments, a pool and entertainment area. On deck there is a pool, a restaurant and a garden that occupies the rest. This garden is thought as public space that, connected with the others gardens on the roofs of all the buildings of the area, is a greenway and a park.
