Preliminary study for Yiwu Andorra Business Center mall. Sector Cabeca, Andorra.
The aim of the proposal is the design of a new commercial equipment in the area of Cabeca, Andorra. This is a great business center and international import and export platform for Chinese companies to Europe under the brand of Yiwu Andorra Business Center.
The surface of 100,000m2 built area is distributed in a 6-storey building of mixed uses; Level 1 to 3 are the commercial area with shops ranging from 20m2 and 150m2, on the 4th. And 5th. level we can find offices and in the 6th. Level residential area is located with apartments of 2 to 3 bedrooms. The green roof is used as a huge park where a hotel of 2.200m2 is proposed.
