Preliminary study for the construction and design of an office building, a bridge and the landscape of the industrial zone of Skikda, Algeria.

The proposal is a preliminary study for the construction of a building of equipment and offices, a bridge and the landscape in the industrial zone of the city of Skikda, Algeria.
A new "bridge building" is design as the new access to this area.
For this building, multi-purpose spaces and areas of new offices for the staff are proposed in a total of 1900m2.
The building skin is treated with a front covering element of high technology for light and heat control.
The building is located in a strategic location along the river and overlooking the sea that's why a landscape intervention in proposed, that includes a new coastal promenade, the treatment of the slopes and the river regeneration.
Finally, it's proposed also the new design of the bridge that connects the industrial area with the City that includes 5 choices made by the engineering study Carlos Fernández Casado, Oficina de Proyectos S.L.
