Hotel 2** at Skikda

The project involves the construction of a 2 star hotel, located in the region of Skikda, which includes lodging, restaurant, business areas and spaces for leisure and relaxation according to international standards.
The proposed solution is to create a visual barrier to the west: an opaque façade of the main building, the concentration of the technical and outdoor parking for 30 cars.
The proposed vegetation (row of palm trees on the western boundary) also serves as a filter.
The rooms overlook the sea and enjoy the panoramic view of the beach and the city Larbi Ben M'Hidi. Each room has its own balcony, protected by horizontal slatwall.
