It has eleven buildings used for military activities and a house known as 'house of the Dutch' with a total of 2.400mr built area.
Underground it has a tunnel; a gallery with capacity for large vehicles such as trucks, and from which it can be access to ten warehouses of different size where explosives were stored.
The Land is classified as rustic, so the buildability of the area is limited to the conditions of this type of soil.
