Preliminary Study for the Reform and refurbishment of the "Principal" Theatre. Barcelona
The proposal is to reform this Theatre located in the center of Barcelona.
The Space is re designed for a new hotel use and the theater remains as such.
The new proposal, open spaces of contemporary architecture, have all the facilities needed for a dream stay where luxury and comfort meet. Unique and special spaces were designed, a new Auditorium and a magnificent terrace on the deck where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the famous Rambla Cataluña.
