Competition for internal renewal of Oriol Palace MAPFRE. Madrid

The project area is in the middle of a forest mass of vast extension, inside of the gardens and forests known like the Plantation, in Madrid.

The project object of this restricted aid, is the preparation of the building known like Palacete Monte of the Pillar for the creation of a MAPFRE CENTER.

In the program of necessities the following areas are:
45 rooms. Of which 10 have been considered of superior quality.
2 living room in plant 1ª and 2ª, tie directly with the residential zone with capacity for 20-22 people each one.

The kitchen is where it is at the present time.

In addition to the zone destined to bar-cafeteria, located between the kitchen and multipurpose room 1, the proposal contemplates the existence of 2 dining rooms, main and the group.

In the underground of the main building, it lodges 2 spaces destined to warehouse as well as to other four zones, of encounter and meeting, in which tasting activities can be organized , like banquets or, simply, to constitute calm sites of reading and social cathering.
