Preliminary Plan. Comercial Centre Mont-Bar. Castell d'Aro, Girona.

The main entrance of the building creates an original and sculptural volume. The diagonal cut in the composition generates an interesting and dynamic internal space.
The commercial spaces in ground floor are placed together along a pathway dominated by the double space, which has a glass roof structure and connects the ground floor and the underground floor.

The mechanical stairs link the three levels with commercial spaces. The elevator takes you to the fourth and fifth floors where a hotel, flats or office spaces are proposed.
The second underground floor is designed for parking space. Their access could be through a hydraulic service lift or by the internal ramp.
