Final design for the extension of Belle Vue Hotel. Skikda, Algeria

The final design of the restoration of the existing Hotel Belle Vue, is based on the extension of this one with a new attached building consisting of two semi-underground floors and ground floor + 7 room floors (optional ground floor + 9 in the future) connected with the existing one.

The new building has 7 rooms' floors, the first 4 of which communicate with the existing hotel. In the -2 floor there is a parking area; two dining rooms and a spa area and fitness center on the -1 floor; on the ground floor we can find and a second restaurant with a large terrace which communicates with the ground floor of the existing building with conference rooms.

This new project improves the access and circulation of the old building for better performance, comfort and potential of the whole group.
