Preliminary Study for a new Beach Club at Palma de Mallorca, Spain

The proposal is a preliminary study for the creation of a new Beach Club in Palma de Mallorca, Spain.
It aims to create a new destination with a chill out space; a meeting point and reference for fun with Mediterranean air.
The intervention is divided into 7 areas:
Area 1 consists of new pavilions or lounge areas in complement with the activities of the existing hotel, enjoying the views and the landscape.
Area 2 is a new detachable ramp that allows direct access to the beach. In a series of small platforms daybeds for relaxation and rest are distributed.
In area 3 a small beach kiosk in conjunction with area 4, the sand area; for recreational activities where new special furniture for sunbathing is proposed; such as in the best beach clubs in the world.
In area 5 a small pier with a bar is located.
Area 6 is the creation of a new sun deck terrace for the existing restaurant and area 7 the refurbishment of the existing pool.
