Industrial warehouse in the PAEC industrial area of Calonge i Sant Antoni. Detailed Construction Project

This industrial and logistics building is designed as a compact volume, with 2 floors, like a square box, with a perimeter passage on all 4 sides, respecting the minimum distances according to regulations. The interior is divided into 4 symmetrical warehouses, of the same width.
The ground floor has a total area of 1,380m2 and the first floor is 900m2.
Through the corner there is an access to an outdoor parking lot for private use, which gives access to each of the 4 warehouses. There is also a second access to the warehouse, for restricted use, through the north facade.
The construction system is made of prefabricated concrete elements for the structure and facades; the roof is lightweight, made of sandwich panels.
