The project area is in the middle of a forest mass of vast extension, inside of the La Losilla property, in Villarejo de Salvanés; Madrid.
The project object is the preparation of the building for the creation of a Business Resort for Chateauform.
In the program of necessities the following areas are:
45 rooms. Of which 10 have been considered of superior quality; living areas in plant 1ª and 2ª, tie directly with the residential zone with capacity for 20-22 people each one.
The kitchen is considered as a living area; integrating with in the buffet area and the principal dinning room.
In the underground of the main building, it lodges 2 spaces destined to warehouse as well as to the wellness area and the hammam.
