Aparthotel 100 Rooms. Sant Joan Despí, Barcelona.

The project is formed by a 10 story building. 3 floors are underground parking, one semi-covered commercial floor, ground commercial floor, 4 hotel floors and one terrace for the restaurant bar of the hotel.

The building resolves the height difference between the 2 streets by separating the main functions of the building: the commercial space through the Av. Baix Llobregat and the hotel entrance by Fontsanta street.

A great "brisolei" at two façades works as a protection element, as well as terrace and gives privacy to the rooms. The lateral façades are finishing with wood frames which give personality to the building.

The 25 rooms distribution per floor have 3 patios which give natural light to all the common areas.

The rooms had been studied to the detail to provide a quality internal space, a semi-transparent slice door separates night and day areas. All the bath spaces are putted together in rows to provide more space with natural light.
The roof floor has the restaurant and bar areas which extend themselves to the terrace - lounge protected by a "wood pergola". On the south end is located the pool, to enjoy the Mediterranean sun.
