Reform of the offices in Can Munt, Teià. Barcelona, Spain

Can Munt is the name of the last noble country house placed at the slope of the Molí torrent in the town of Teí¬a, Barcelona. The main building is an "indiá" style house and comes from the late 19th century.

This house also has a number of surrounding constructions for agricultural purposes, no longer used. The place contains a large amount of open spaces which are distributed in terraces at different levels in order to have flat space over this small hill.

The aim of this project in to rehabilitate and adapt the main house and create new set of buildings surrounding it in order to accommodate the new uses: two schools which include elementary, primary and secondary education, separated by sex with independent access and independent sport facilities as well.
