"Casas Miramar" corresponds to Business Unit 11 of the Cabo Santos Master Plan.
The proposal consists in the design of 87 units of single-family houses of 500 and 700 m2 on the hillside of the area with beautiful views to the Pacific Ocean.
It is proposed Mediterranean style architecture inspired in traditional houses derived from the climatic, physical, historical and cultural conditions with a type of building distributed in different volumes of flat roofs, thick walls and small openings.
The present information and images correspond to an indicative reference proposal, without any normative character.
