The Bellavista Hotel Condominium area corresponds to Business Unit 10 of the Cabo Santos Master Plan.
The proposal consists of a main building and 35 units of Bungalows arranged on the slope of the existing hill highlighting the beautiful views towards the Pacific Ocean.
We propose an architecture inspired by traditional houses with gardens in their roofs or "maceta houses" that together with the vegetation and natural terraces will form a singular landscape with a complete landscape integration.
