Competition for the drafting of the revision of the Municipal Urban Planning Plan (POUM) of Santa Cristina D'Aro. Girona, Spain.
The Contest is based on a previous urban diagnosis outstanding all territorial features, the structure of the municipality, facilities, mobility and infrastructures, territorial and urban services and cultural and natural heritage.
The problems and main current and future difficulties of the municipality's development were also analysed.
All these points were crossed for a proposal of strategies and future urban actions that will ensure optimal social, economic, environmental and landscape growth in order to promote a territory that ensures well-being for its inhabitants.
