Punctual adjustment of the Peralada POUM (General Zoning Plan) – ITSE - Les Montserrades Sector
The purpose of the punctual adjustment is to define planning parameters for an area that separates the consolidated urban center of Peralada from the golf residential neighborhood, connecting the urban fabric and proposing new land uses, in addition to those already foreseen by the General Plan, for the sustainable development of the municipality. It is a vision of contained planning that proposes concentrating equipment in a sensitive territory.
The Punctual Modification aims to group tertiary land uses to create a technological cluster that will articulate the primary and tertiary sectors, creating specialized employment with a technological/digital orientation. It includes the reservation of spaces for the construction of a professional training facility of regional interest, which will offer spaces and services to activate local companies and promote the creation of new products and the digital transformation of the local economy. On the other hand, a technology park is planned with spaces for the artisan and technical-scientific industry, offices, a digital nursery, classrooms - vocational training equipment, catering, sports and other compatible uses. It will also make possible the implementation of a geriatric residence, the expansion of the institute and the introduction of a study program related to the job opportunities generated by the companies in the technology park.
