Specific adjustment of the Platja d’Aro POUM (General Zoning Plan) – Cala del Pi

The purpose of the specific adjustment is to move an existing pedestrian street from one side to the other of a building plot located on the sea front, to improve access to the coastal path.
The current road does not have a name, it is only used by pedestrians and connects Cavall Bernat Avenue with the existing coastal path and the access stairs to the small beach of Cala del Pi.
The affected plot today has a residential use, but with the proposed intervention it can be incorporated into the economic / tourist fabric of the municipality, with a clear commitment from both the City Council and the property of the neighboring plot, as a hotel facility.
