Huertas Orgánicas - Real Estate is a Business Unit part of the Master Plan Cabo Santos.
The Huertas Orgánicas Real Estate area is divided into plots. What is proposed is to distribute the area in plots of approximately one hectare. This hectare of land includes a surface for garden and house, occupying about 20% of the total and the rest of the land will be available for organic crops of Olives, Lavender, Agave and Vineyards.
For the houses, an area between 500 and 750m2 is proposed with a development through pavilions connected by covered terraces and porches, limiting its height to two floors. Horizontal lines are suggested, all to reduce the impact on the landscape and ensure harmony with the surrounding fields and crops.
