Preliminary Study for New Parkings, Skikda, Algeria.
This proposal aims to improve the movement of people and vehicles in the historical center of Skikda getting better mobility for both cases.
The proposal is based on the following points:
- Release the parking surface and pass them to the basement.
- Implement two parkings at the entrance to the historic center as a deterrent.
- Take advantage of these spaces for pedestrian circulation and relaxation.
- Improve vehicle circulation and people, facilitating parkings in the access to the historical center, limiting vehicle access to the historic center.
- Provide a fringe of loading and unloading services on the main street.
