Underground parking Miquel Murlà square. Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Girona.
The project area is located at the Miquel Murla square, in Sant Feliu de Guíxols, Girona.
The proposal tries to distribute a culture and recreational plaza and a small parking lot close to the geriatric residence and the health care centre.
The project has an underground level along the façade of the geriatric centre and goes at surface level along all the perimeter of the plaza, including the sidewalks of the Bourg de Peaje street, the Palamós road and the totality of Gravina street.
The building is conceived as an underground piece, leaving the rooftop completely waterproof and ready to receive the stone floor of the plaza.
The total capacity of the parking building is 125 car spaces with 3.20mt height pass which could allow the storage of boats and high volume cars.
