Executive Project of an underground parking in the Joaquim Bau square in Tortosa.

This is an executive project of an underground parking in the Joaquim Bau square in Tortosa that forms part of a unic project with the project of reoganisation of the same square and the executive project of the sportive complex of the swimming pool and the administrative building.
The zone is situated in a plot practically flat that it is in the extreme northeast of an island delimited by the street Alcanyís to the north, the avenue of the Stadium to the east, path of the Codonyers to the south and Marcel's avenue Domingo to the west.
The new parking will serve to cover the demand of the sector and to clean the square and to allow the reorganization of the space. The parking has a trapezoidal shape and takes all the Joaquim Bau square surface and includes the Alcañís and Tarragona streets.
In a total built surface of 6.611,10 m2 we distribute 269 parking, 1 of which are reduced (2,00*x4,00*m), and 9 adapted for handicapped. Two open stairs distributed uniformly in the parking will give direct exit to the outside for pedestrians in the square area and two ramps of 3,50 m of width will give the exit and access for cars both to Tarragona street.
