Preliminary project for an underground parking in Saint Feliu de Guíxols.

This is a preliminary project for the realisation of an underground parking in the Avenue of the Guíxols of Saint Feliu de Guíxols. The solar object of the present hypothesis is a piece in shape of L in the Avenue of the Guíxols of Saint Feliu de Guíxols. Delimited by the Rambla of the Portalet and the crossing point to the road to Palamós and the street Colom, just in the perimeter of the Walk of the Sea in front of the known Beach how Racó of Garbí.
The maximum dimensions are 207m x 84m, with a total built surface of 7.655m and a total capacity of 326 vehicles (8 squares reserved to travellers with mobility reduced) defining a ratio of use of 23,42 m for each square of parking built.
The main input of this parking (leaving apart the improvements of mobility with a more coherent circulation and in accordance with the needs of the place) is a big parking for the Zone of the Avenue and historic Centre and the opening of the avenue to the Sea. It will be a green zone, without any cars and marine façade of Saint Feliu de Guíxols.
The parking has of two accesses for vehicles, both to the Avenue of the Guíxols.
