Suitability report - Construction and Management of a public car park. Passeig del Mar, Palamós
Palamós City Council is working on the possible redevelopment of Passeig de Mar (promenade).
The aim of our study is to assess the feasibility of building a car park under the promenade.
The aim of the work is therefore to establish the need, dimension, type of exploitation and feasibility of the construction of the car park, so that the participation of a private operator is viable, if this is the case.
That is why the study carried out estimates the figures of potentially active unsatisfied demand in the area of influence.
The solution studied is a single basement, a single space with a central lane going back and forth with a controlled width, to avoid affecting the buildings on the sea front, the impulse collector and the beach wall.
