Riviera Zoloche together with the residential areas of Vishenki and the surroundings of southern Kiev are nowadays a consolidated destination for the national residential and tourist market.
Our goal is to transform it into an attractive international destination to attract foreign investment. The value of the land comes from contact with the water and the distance from the neighbors: the houses surrounded by natural landscapes, with panoramic views and close to the water are a luxury.
The proposal is the urban planning of an island, where the most appreciated lands are those of the perimeter, for the contact with the water and the panoramic views.
To increase the range of more value and have more contact with the water, the most natural solution is to let the water penetrate into the interior of the island, forming channels.
The result is a terrain with more fluid and organic geometry.
The construction of a bridge to connect the island, community and private facilities, jetties for private use and a residential area of single-family homes, always in contact with water, are proposed.
