The first and second stage of this project focus in the service area, which is formed by the geriatric residency, primary assistance centre, geriatric apartments, commercial area, sales and administration, underground parking and the first bungalow area for 117 units.
It will also include the design for the relation spaces, such as plazas, pathways and connection platforms between buildings.
The master plan develop the concept of the "Retirement Resort", were the landscape and the culture of the environment integrate with the quality of life inside a residential geriatric park; humanizing the landscape, respecting the present values and soften the building areas with landscape measures as a project base.
Understanding the place as the generator of the project, the ground slope fits with the general distribution plan.
