Hotel Extension in Platja d'Aro. Draft Project
The object of the project is the construction of a building with a basement and 3 floors, with suites for the extension of an existing hotel in Castell d’Aro, Platja d’Aro and S’Agaró.
Each floor contains 2 identical (symmetrical) suites, with separate day and night zones, hall, bathroom and balcony/terrace overlooking the sea. The 6 rooms have the same orientation (opening to the south, with sea views) and particularities or small differences depending on the floor where they are located: those on the ground floor have direct access to the garden, from their respective terraces, and those on the upper floor have access to the roof of the building, with a solarium or private chill-out area.
Access to the building is via the north facade, on the ground floor. For vertical circulation, a 2-flight staircase and an elevator are planned that connect all floors of the building, from the basement to the second floor.
In the basement there are storage spaces and the building's facilities.
