Interior path urbanization of the Cabeca area project in Andorra
Cabeca is a developable area, according to the Regulations of the Planning and Urban Level of the Parish d'Encamp, community of Encamp (Andorra).
The development of the inner project (free space) provides design criteria that have to ensure the character and visual coherence of the total space. It provides the opportunity to develop these criteria in a book of Style Guide - a tool for internal use regulations for the Cabeça's sector.
The purpose of this project is to design the "inner development" of the sector, defined as a preliminary stage of the building.
The project does not include the urban development "outside" represented by the road (shot) or the protected areas systems.
The physical object of the project consists of: the inner road (pedestrian), the public spaces, green privet areas for community use
