Special Urban Development Plan for the Sènia Tucan Camping Site, in Lloret de Mar

The Tucan campsite opened in the early 1990s and is one of the most traditional tourist establishments in Lloret de Mar. It is located on the edge of the main town center of Lloret de Mar, on the road connecting it to Blanes, in an area with a wide variety of uses, important infrastructure, and minimal landscape fragility.
The purpose of the project is to develop the Special Plan for the Sènia Tucan Campsite in Lloret de Mar, establishing the layout and uses of the current facilities, in accordance with the provisions of the Lloret de Mar Municipal Urban Development Plan and current urban and sectoral legislation, in order to define the works and uses related to camping and complementary or ancillary activities.
The Special Plan aims to respond to the needs of the campsite and, at the same time, improve its integration into the urban and natural environment, with measures that promote the protection of the values of the site, in a sustainable and environmentally friendly vision of camping.
