This environmental study report is drawn up within the processing framework of the Urban Development Plan SUD 01 Ridaura of Santa Cristina d'Aro and includes the justification of compliance with the POUM determinations on environmental matters, the overall evaluation of the plan and the justification of compliance with the established environmental objectives and the description of the planned monitoring and supervision measures.
The SUD 01 Ridaura sector is an area of 46,800sqm, a place of special importance for the municipality of Santa Cristina d'Aro, due to its location on the front of the urban center of Santa Cristina, towards the Ridaura river and the C-31/C-65 road, the main access road.
