Eco-homes in the Can Barrera – Sant Berger Oest area, Teià. Preliminary study
As part of the process of drawing up the new Teià Urban Development Plan, a project has been presented for the area between Can Barrera and Sant Berger, with proposals to improve mobility between the center, north, and east of the municipality.
The planning proposal presented as part of the processing of the new POUM aims to organize the area that currently separates the center of Teià and the Can Barrera area from the Sant Berger urbanization, as an area for facilities, green spaces, subsidized housing, and a residential complex of eco-homes.
The overall concept is an area connected by a network of new roads, greenways, and pedestrian paths.
The proposal includes an urban green area equipped with spaces for sports and leisure activities, rest areas, and services, enhanced by pergolas, benches, points of interest and viewpoints.
