16 single-family homes in the PAU-19 sector, on Barcelona Avenue in Calonge i Sant Antoni

The object of the design proposal is a set of 16 single-family homes on a plot located in a residential area of Calonge and Sant Antoni, on the border with the municipal district of Castell-Platja d’Aro.
The plot is part of an Urban Action Area defined by the POUM of Calonge and Sant Antoni; the area is a middle-upper class residential neighborhood, surrounded by green areas, quiet and well connected (with direct access from the C31 road) – an ideal location for the middle-upper sector of the residential market.
The homes are arranged around the perimeter of the land, with private accesses and gardens and a shared use area in the center.
The proposal includes different options for architectural typology, with a landscaping treatment of the gardens with common criteria, to generate a coherent and well-integrated image of the built complex.
