Social Housing Building in the SUD 01 - Ridaura sector, Santa Cristina d'Aro. Draft Project
The building subject of the Draft Project has a total of 39 housing units, distributed over 4 floors, as follows: 9 units on the ground floor and 10 homes on the 3 upper floors. All have a similar program, with a dining room, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen (in type A the kitchen is open to the living room) and terrace. 3 types of interior distribution are defined (A-C).
The building is raised a maximum of 1m above the natural terrain. The access to the building is located on the facade on Salvador Espriu Street; in order to overcome the 46cm existing gap, two stairs and a ramp are planned.
The two large patios in the middle of the floor are planned for good ventilation. On the ground floor, they have a garden area to favor climate control.
