Replotting Project PAU-45 – Av. Catalunya Nord, Sant Antoni de Calonge
The purpose of the subdivision project is to develop the planning area “PAU 45-AVDA. CATALUNYA NORD” in accordance with the determinations of the Municipal Urban Planning Plan, which includes the prescriptions of the old “PEMU Av. Catalunya 6”.
Once the cessions of roads and public spaces have been carried out, in accordance with the POUM file, with the reality of the place and the needs of the urbanization project, a subdivision of land is carried out in order to locate the 62 planned homes, in accordance with the normative volumetry.
Beyond the normative content of the project, a study of landscape integration is carried out with an indicative volumetry that corresponds to the planning proposal, to verify the visual impact of the buildings and the coherence with the environment.
