The project area is located to the north of the municipality of Sant Boi de Llobregat and to the south of the municipality of Santa Coloma de Cervelló, to the northwest of Barcelona. The total project area is 12 has, with a total build area of 31.000m2, from which 17.600m2 will be destiny to do 220 housing units (50% pubic housing type), 11.000m2 for industry - office use and 2.400m2 for commercial use.
The project not only expresses the will of create sustainable city, accessible housing and public quality space, but tries to go further to propose a metropolitan park which articulates two different cities. It is about a "green link" that resolves the different urban scales and boosts the landscape potential of the site.
